Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
Unopened and unused food products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or perishable items once the package has been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
1) Order number
2) Photos of the product and packaging
3) A short description of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Missing Packages:
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

All orders are shipped from Kuwait via DHL Express.
