At Kaif AlSheikh Dates & Coffee (operated by FUNLANDSHOP), we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Food Items (Dates, Coffee, Tea & Groceries)

For safety and hygiene reasons, food items are generally non-returnable once delivered. However, we will gladly assist in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at info@kadts.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging (including the shipping label)
  3. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund (full or partial) depending on the situation

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package is lost:

  • We will open a carrier investigation with DHL Express or Aramex
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Delays caused by customs or incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
